BIOGRAPHY
Olivier Lannaud wanders through a field of exploration between painting, photography and sculpture.
With MEMOSAÏQUE, he revisits portraits from our ancient and modern mythology. Using keys from old computer keyboards based on a very ancient technique, he develops a form of pointillism: a kind of ‘object painting’ whose touch, from dark to light, is the same that allows us to capture our thoughts here. A work on our collective memory, which we digitise and virtualise at the risk of losing it...We are more or less willing prisoners of a technology whose degeneration is programmed and constantly accelerating.
